1. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational and booking purposes only. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Unauthorized use of this site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All lane reservations, tee time requests, and event bookings submitted through this website are requests only and are not confirmed until you receive written verification from a member of our staff via email or phone.

• Reservations are subject to availability and may be declined or rescheduled.
• We reserve the right to require a deposit for large group or private event bookings.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on this website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed by our staff. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. A service charge may apply to large party or private event invoices.

4. Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Lakeside Social reserves the right to refuse service to or remove any guest who:

• Is disruptive, intoxicated, or behaving in a manner that endangers others
• Violates any posted rules or staff instructions
• Engages in harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior
• Causes damage to property or equipment

Guests removed for conduct violations will not receive refunds for unused time or services.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in bowling, miniature golf, karaoke, and other activities at Lakeside Social involves inherent physical risks. By participating, guests acknowledge these risks and agree that Haven Hospitality Collective LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury resulting from normal use of the facility or equipment
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Illness arising from consumption of food or beverages, except in cases of gross negligence
• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

6. Alcohol Service

Lakeside Social is a licensed alcohol establishment. We comply with all Michigan Liquor Control Commission regulations. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests who appear to be under 30 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at our discretion. Guests who provide false identification will be removed from the premises.
